Fees


We will provide a detailed estimate of our fees on a no-obligation basis. This will include all relevant disbursements (payments to others). Typically we charge £950 plus VAT for our professional services on a residential transaction.

Timescales


Conveyancing is dependent upon numerous factors however if a matter proceeds routinely we would expect it to take take 6-10 weeks.
